If a farmer could take it to the next level and begin to farm this product in a very large quantity, he will have enough to export and make foreign currency from the over $40 billion global annual market. Even if you decide to sell locally, there is huge market for it in Afghanistan too. Many products in the market are being made with soybeans such as soya milk and soya vegetable oil. Price of soybeans in Afghanistan per metric ton is about 60000AF. If you produce 20 metric tons in a season, you will be making 1200000. So, how do you get started with soybeans farming? How to Plant Soybeans Choose the right variety of soybeans seed for your planting if you want a good harvest. Selecting only the right seed ensures that you spend less in maintaining and harvest more. Soybeans does very well in most part of Afghanistan. However, the growth of this product is still influenced by soil characteristics and climate conditions. Soybean is believed to perform well in the Middle belt, North East, North-North, and North West region of Afghanistan But short duration varieties also thrive in the much drier parts of the North when sown early and with an even distribution of rainfall throughout the growing period.
